  • Open Settings by pressing Windows key+I and go to settings->Family & other users.
  • Under Other users, click “Add someone else to this PC” and then select “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information”.
  • Select “Add a user without Microsoft account”, create a new user and click Next.
  • Now go to Other users and change your account type to Administrator.
