- If you are not able to delete this folder, open the Services Manager and stop the Tile Data Model server service. Now, go to that folder again and try to delete the “TileDataLayer”.
Create a new user account.

- Open Settings by pressing Windows key+I and go to settings->Family & other users.
- Under Other users, click “Add someone else to this PC” and then select “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information”.
- Select “Add a user without Microsoft account”, create a new user and click Next.
- Now go to Other users and change your account type to Administrator.
